Kenya Commercial Bank Plaza (KCB Plaza) is a building under construction in Nairobi, Kenya's capital and largest city.

The skyscraper will be located in Upper Hill, approximately 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi), by road, west of the central business district of Nairobi.[1] The exact coordinates of the building are not known because it does not yet appear on most publicly available maps.
When complete, KCB Plaza will have twenty-one (21) storeys consisting of approximately 171,800 square feet (15,960 m2) of rentable office space and enough parking for about four hundred fifty (450) automobiles. Construction began in December 2010 and is expected to last two (2) years. Occupancy of the completed building is expected to commence in January 2013. The building will have as its main tenant, Kenya Commercial Bank, which will relocate its headquarters from Kencom House in the central business district, to KCB Plaza in Upper Hill. The building is owned by the Kenya Commercial Bank Employee Pension Fund, who are footing the US$26 million (KES:2.1 billion) construction bill.[2]
